Our bodies have ways of telling us when something isn’t right, but we usually ignore the feelings and keep pushing through until we’re eventually BURNT TF OUT.

Everyone has a purpose on this beautiful earth 🌎, and unfortunately, that purpose gets lost as we try our best to navigate each day.

I have 3 SIGNS that helped me realize I wasn’t living the life that I was supposed to be living, and I hope they will help you out.


1. You Feel Misaligned

Usually, the first sign you’ll notice is that your life doesn’t feel as balanced as it once did.

It feels like different parts of yourself are being pulled in every direction, and you don’t know which direction to follow.

It’s a weird feeling that I can’t quite put a description to, but you feel…out of sorts. 

Like your brain is maxed out, and your body is just going through the motions.

I remember going through this not that long ago, and it left me feeling DEFEATED every day. 

When your daily life is not in alignment with what your soul wants, everything falls apart.

Next thing you know, you’re eating a lot more junk food, or maybe you’re not working out as much. 

Is your mood is super low? Or maybe you binge-watched three seasons of The Office in two days (ok, no shame in that one).

I’m just saying, I’ve been there.

And to be honest, it can take A LOT of willpower to overcome those feelings and make some changes.

2. You’re Not Evolving

If you’re feeling “stuck” or like you aren’t growing as a person, this is a tell-tale sign you’re not living the life to the fullest. This is also when you know a change needs to happen.

Most likely, you’re working at a job where little to none of your skills are utilized, so as a result, you’re unfulfilled.

Or possibly, you feel like you’ve seen all that you can see, and you’ve done all there is to do in the area where you live.

How do you know if it’s time to make some changes?

– You’re not being challenged

– You’re no longer excited about the things that are in your life

3. You Think About What Things Could Be Like

If you often catch yourself daydreaming about the places that you could be traveling to, or about working at your dream job, this is usually the BIGGEST sign that you’re not following your life’s path and need to make a change.

“If I had the money, I would be in Bali RIGHT now.”

That was something I would always think to myself. And usually, when I was on break at my second job back in 2018.

At that time, the lifestyle that I had was so mentally and physically exhausting. I constantly daydreamed about my perfect life so I could escape the reality that was around me.

I deserved to be happy. And so do you.

If you ever think that the life you dream about is not attainable, you’re getting in your way — the same as I was doing.
