Self-care is so important. How many of my millennial women out there are busy being Superwoman and often forget to put themselves first?
Life can be extremely demanding and sometimes feel like a balancing act.

Spending eight long hours at a soul-sucking job.
Getting stuck in traffic on the way home.
Then you’re telling me we have to wake up tomorrow morning and do this all over again?!

I’ve felt that way more times than I want to admit.
A couple of years ago, I started getting into self-care a little more because I noticed how great I felt after doing certain things, like giving myself a pedicure or soaking in the tub with Epsom salt and essential oils after a long day.
I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt afterward and how much my stress levels went down!
